This is the creation of Stephanie Pokorny of Mentor, Ohio. She  crocheted an “E.T.” costume for her son, Jack, who will be 2 next month. Mom is also a a professional crocheter who runs the website Crochetverse. It took her just four days to create this outfit which has gotten the attention of news agencies and websites across the world, including Good Morning America
