Tammie was nominated for, despite being the boss, she doesn’t act like she is higher than others at work and treats all equal. She takes extra time to make sure everyone feels not only included, but special. She creates events that brings even the not so warm and fuzzy people out of their shell together and let’s them shine at their own pace. Though Tammie has her list of things she doesn’t complain about health wise, you would never guess it in a million years. For that and all she does to brighten up the job and makes it a funner place to be. Tammie is admired for inspiring us all, even her bosses. A true role model for the world and us all.
