There is only one game left in Kobe Bryant’s basketball career, and the Los Angeles Lakers are expected to pull out all of the stops on that final night. Before then, however, many others are paying their respects to The Black Mamba, and the latest is Compton-born MC Kendrick Lamar.
The Grammy Award-winning rapper is a well-known Lakers fan and has been seen courtside at many games. For this project,Lamar teamed with ESPN, voicing a piece written by ESPN’s Scoop Jackson playing over Lamar’s ‘Untitled 07’ track from his most recent compilation album ‘Untitled Unmastered.’
