“I was just crying.. I couldn’t believe we were going to miss that flight and we are very, very thankful for those pilots,” said Nicole Wibel. Nicole’s family had been delayed in Phoenix which left them only ten minutes to get their connection in Minneapolis to catch a flight to Tennessee for their father’s funeral. The plane was literally taxiing away when the pilot turned around according to FOX 10 in Phoenix
