Man confronts dad for leaving young child alone in vehicle

A Kentucky man was unsure what to do when he saw a child strapped in a safety seat in back of a truck. The windows were down, engine running and the key was in the ignition. He pulled out his phone to take some video as he waited to confront the man. Here’s what happened:
